Qualifications
David Emenheiser is a leader, facilitator and executive coach. He has spent more than 30 years helping executives and team improve their effectiveness, collaboration, communications and results. He is expert at helping leaders achieve greater self-awareness, understand motivations – one’s own and those of others - and optimizing mindsets, behaviors and leadership skills that will secure their success and the success of their teams.
As the founder of Emenheiser & Associates, LLC, David has sharply focused his energy on producing measurable results and helping leaders overcome internal and external obstacles, navigating complex organizational structures. His efforts with leaders often include understanding and recognizing how mental models play a role in how leaders view the world and therefore, lead their teams. Developing self-awareness, mindset awareness and needed leadership skills can allow leaders to create better and more dynamic environments for their teams. Leaders will feel more comfortable having difficult discussion and holding team members accountable – all leading to greater individual and team performance.
David’s expertise includes roles with large complex publicly traded and privately held organizations, in addition to smaller high growth, acquisition and start-up businesses – in healthcare, manufacturing and testing, inspection and certification (TIC) industries. David has developed broad leadership development experiences, led large scale change management process and employs approaches drawn from expertise with Toyota Production System (TPS), LEAN manufacturing and John Kotter’s Change Model.
